Out of Business

Description

One of the City's most popular and longest-running secret bars, which for more than two decades has retained a low-profile, can be found atop a flight of stairs inside an unassuming Japanese restaurant (Village Yokocho) and behind an unmarked door. A unique array of cocktails are mixed here, and the bartenders—all of whom don black tuxes—are more than willing to concoct custom blends. It’s a sweet place for a date, though groups of four or more are off-limits. It does get crowded, so be prepared for a possible wait.
