Hardware

Description

This long, narrow bar is a former hardware store, whose original design helped inspire the current one. The front door even has an ax on it that's used as a handle. Inside, the bar area gives way to a dance floor and stage in back, where nightly acts take place including shows from local drag queens and sets by NYC DJs. Happy hour specials are a big draw here, along with the “skinny brunch” options on Sundays—including $4 mimosas and Bloody Marys.
