Van Brunt Stillhouse

This artisanal, small-batch distillery harks back to an era before Prohibition, when Brooklyn’s waterfront was home to gin, rum and whiskey distilleries. Taking its name from Cornelius Van Brunt, one of the original Dutch settlers of the borough, the stillhouse handcrafts moonshine, whiskey, rum and, uniquely, grappa.
