Vivian Beaumont Theater (at Lincoln Center)

Description

This venue, operated by Lincoln Center Theater, is the only Broadway house not located in the Theatre District (along with the rest of Lincoln Center, it's on the Upper West Side—meaning you can enjoy a pre-show stroll in Central Park). The sleek modern design of the theater, which opened in 1965, is by noted architects Eero Saarinen and Jo Mielziner.
