Guantanamera - Midtown West

Description

Named for the popular Cuban song, Guantanamera aptly features live music nightly: there's dancing in the aisles until 1am on weekends. This restaurant derives further appeal from its hearty, authentic Cuban food, abundant rum selection and complimentary hand-rolled cigars (Friday and Saturday nights only; tips accepted) for a sidewalk smoke after your meal. Ceviche, cumin-scented pork and grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce are standouts. The three-course $15.95 prix-fixe lunch is a good deal.
