Patsy’s Pizzeria

Description

In 1933, Patsy Lancieri opened the City’s first pizzeria restaurant, establishing himself as a pizza legend in every sense of the word. Today, locals and tourists alike can’t get enough of his old-world pies, baked in coal ovens for an extra-crispy crust and topped with chunky plum-tomato sauce, mouthwatering mozzarella, fresh basil and nearly any other topping you can conjure. Salads and pastas are notable, too.
