Chef Kwame Onwuachi calls his Lincoln Center restaurant a “love letter to New York,” but it’s also a fitting tribute to his Bronx upbringing and close-knit family. Named after his older sister, Tatiana features Afro-Caribbean cuisine interpreted through a New York City lens, with flavors from an array of NYC’s cultures.
