Zero Waste Daniel

Description

Daniel Silverstein’s goal is simple yet seemingly insurmountable: rid the world of fashion waste. According to statistics on his company’s website, more than 70 pounds of textiles per US citizen go into landfills each year, which amounts to more than 21 billion pounds. These staggering numbers are what prompted him to start his clothing line, which uses a product called ReRoll, which is made up 100% of pre-consumer cutting room scraps. Hence, the name Zero Waste. The company produces casual wear for both men and women, along with accessories like tote bags and pouches.
